So today, I'm going to share with you my journey with GlamGlow! Which I figured, it's a product that I should do first, since I named my musing journal "GlamGlorious".
Let's get started!
I bought GlamGlow while Sephora was having a VIB 20% off sale. My dearest makeup shopping buddy @girlyvita introduced me to the PowerMud and I got really interested in the product as I've not tried on any mud products and I've already heard a few YouTubers doing reviews on it. The only thing that was holding me back from purchasing, was the price. PowerMud is being priced at $92, pretty expensive for such a small bottle (50g), but I've decided to go for it, since Sephora rarely gives such huge discount.
First Impression:
I was told that the mud will turn to a darker shade with ridiculously unsightly dark spots that shows you where are those evil black and white heads are, but after applying and waiting for it to dry, nothing showed up. Which I got quite happy and worried. Happy because "there's nothing wrong with my skin" but who am I kidding? Worried because "it didn't work".
In the process of drying, my skin didn't feel like it's overly drying so not tight skin while waiting! Plus point.
Review:
Three things that I've noticed after using,
1. The pores around my nose area are visibly smaller
2. Skin feels tighter yet not drying
3. Acnes became less red and smaller

Having some renovation work done is taking a toll on my skin, but after using this product, it lightens up the redness and reduces the size of the bumps. Which is something that I would expect, since I'm paying $92 for it. However, I must say that I'm amazed with PowerMud! It didn't dry up my skin and it even out my skin tone, which is something that I wasn't expecting. To be honest, there's nothing that I would pick on this product expect for the price. The smell isn't too overpowering which is a plus point!
Overall:
Will I repurchase? Yes.
Will I recommend to my friends? Yes.

How to use?
Dry your face after cleansing, leave it on for 5 to 10mins until it's dried. (Grey matte "finish") Once dried, used water and wash it off in a circular motion till the product is gone. It will turn into a cleansing oil treatment, so go gentle with your skin and go little with the water to ensure you get the full amount of cleansing oil treatment without wasting it.
